The industrial hose pump series products are a new, multifunctional, and multi-purpose industrial pump developed by absorbing advanced foreign technology. Specially designed to solve the problems of traditional pump conveying applications, compared with screw pumps, slurry pumps, and hose pumps, it can convey high content and highly corrosive media with low maintenance costs. It completely eliminates the operation mode of traditional pump impellers and shaft seals, and has great advantages in conveying media with high viscosity, high corrosiveness, and large fluid impurities. It has a completely different principle from traditional conveying pumps and a wide range of applications.
Working principle
A specially designed rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and reliable strength is installed inside the pump body. It is rotated and squeezed along the hose by a pair of pressure rollers, so that the medium is conveyed in one direction without backflow. After conveying the medium, the hose is restored to its original state by the elasticity of the flattened hose and the force of the side guide rollers. At this time, a high vacuum is generated inside the hose to suck the medium into the tube cavity again, and then the medium is discharged from the hose under the pressure of the accompanying pressure rollers. This process repeats, and the medium is continuously sucked in and discharged.
